DescriptionWilling to train! No experience required! We provide training and offer assistance with continued education and certification as a BMW technician.Pay Range: $20-24/hour depending on experienceMost people have a stressful experience buying or servicing their car. What Winning Looks LikeIdeal candidates will have excellent customer service skills, be a team player, have a strong work ethic, and the ability to grow into a leadership position. Additionally, they will be able to:
Perform minor maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filters
Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels
Communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison
Skills Needed To Win
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile
Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
Experience as an express/quick lube technician preferred
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess a valid in-state driver's license
Pass a motor vehicle report and possess an acceptable safe driving record
